Stainless Steel Bow Shackles With Standard Collar Pin Type A
The Peterson Bow Shackles With Standard Collar Pin Type A are manufactured from 17/4 PH precipitation hardening martensitic Stainless Steel. This makes the shackles excellent for general lifting applications. The Shackles have a corrosion resistance similar to 18/8 grade sheets of steel and have a safety factor of 6:1.
The Bow Shackles are available with 4 different pin types
- Standard Screw Collar Pin (A Type),
- Extended Screw Collar Pin (AL Type),
- Countersunk Head (B Type),
- E Type Safety Pin (E Type)
The Shackles are manufactured using the latest technology in electrical upset forging. Every Shackle is proof tested to 2x the working load limit and certifies by Peterson in their manufacturing facility in the north east of England. All Shackles are manufactured in accordance with the machine directive 2006/42/EC. Inspection certificates to BS EN 10204 3.1 are available on request.
